The Mentor stage only happens when a properly planned Personal Branded Attraction Marketing System is in existence and you have sufficient achievement and leadership on your group. This is when you can take your foot of the pedal. This is the achievement of the dream.

Very few people in reality~in fact} reach this point. You have many people who get wealthy with network marketing but only a little who get to the point where they can hit cruise control. This is when it is no longer vital to recruit any individual ever again for any purpose at all. Only a few people understand how to put systems and technology together to accomplish this goal. The system we have will show you how to do it.  At this time you have so many leaders and so much production it’s called “living the good life”.

David said that a mark that you are approaching this phase is that you have about 5-10 highly effective leaders in your downline making so much money is that they never want resign. This is the dream of the master.
