I am always amazed by many distributors attitude to MLM, there are many who assume that just because they have joined a company, success is imminent. Well network marketing is no different; you will have to put in enough effort to make a success of it. I’d say you must draw up a plan of action that spans over 12 months and be prepared to put in some serious effort to get your business to take off.

All of the network marketing companies I have come across tell you to make a list of friends and family, and anyone else that you may come into contact with, give them a DVD and then follow up with phone calls and 3 ways with your upline. Agel is not very different. But the problem is that most people don’t have the vast number of contacts needed or the reputation of a Network Marketing superstar. This is a numbers game and you need a certain amount of “No’s” before you get some “Yes’s”. These days most of the top marketers are using the internet to build their teams, simply because you can reach literally millions of people.
Ensure you are using an effective marketing sales funnel to filter your prospects
An effective solution to the two main problems faced by network marketers, lack of leads and lack of money. An effective sale funnel used properly is going to brand you as a leader in the business, you will also be providing valuable training and products to other network marketers, regardless of what company they are involved with. This will earn you affiliate commissions plus it will build your business on the back end. Very cool.
What you will discover is that you will be bringing other network marketers and opportunity seekers into your sales funnel who want to learn how to grow their business, of course they may already be happy with their existing opportunity, but you will be in a position to sell products to them and at the same time you are building an all important database of prospects that you can market to again and again.

By giving your team a system that is proven to work and the training that they need, you will reap the rewards. You can do this by using a sales funnel system like I wrote about earlier.
