It’s clear to see that a Network Marketing system has the potential to create an enormous amount of wealth and with relative ease.  Sure dedication and persistence is required as is with most things in life.  Many Networking companies have some great products and a great pay plan that offer some powerful leverage.  How come we hear so many failure stories and hear of ridiculous statistics like a retention rate of 15%?

I’ve had conversations with many networkers recently and people who have not made a success of it have all said they consider their failure is down to lack of training and support from their upline.  Nearly all I spoke to said that the extent of their training pretty much boiled down to talking to friends and family, door-to-door, bothering people in social gatherings and leaving those annoying ‘income opportunity cards’ on car windscreens.

In today’s market these methods don’t really work, there are hundreds if not thousands of opportunities and there is always someone dying to pitch us in their business, so as a society we have learned to turn a blind eye to the spammers that frequent our personal space.  Most folk will discover that the traditional sponsoring methods are not effective in developing a very big team of folks in our business.  I discovered this for myself in my early mlm days.

To maximise your profits in your business you must be making full use of the power of the internet, it’s really not that difficult when you get the hang of it.  It’s important that you brand and market yourself and what you can offer your prospects.  Give value to your prospects in the form of information and education, get yourself known via the various social web 2.0 sites, write some articles and get involved with video marketing.  These are effective methods to brand yourself.

If you are giving out some real value to your prospects then you will get far better results than just pitching your company.  Most people have seen those before and to be quite frank are probably fed up with them, there are millions of people out there advertising links to a company website that claims to be the best marketing system around

It’s important to remember that by giving real value you become more valuable to your prospects, people will become link up with your organisation.  Naturally folks want to be associated with people that they can trust and like.  Your prospects want a leader to coach them to success, you can become that leader if you will allow it to happen and are prepared to educate yourself.  Those that will be leaders are the one’s who will be at the top in this industry, make definite you are one of them and make sure that you are employing a network marketing system that will recruit and guide your prospects in the most effective way feasible!
