Number three is the tread climber. Tread climbers are one of the latest cardio training machines on the market. Of course, the manufacturer says that this is the most effective workout equipment that you can invest in. The reason for this maybe because of the combined treadmill and climbing function of this equipment. You could not run on this one. You can walk though. Good news though since you will surely be burning off more calories. Most of the effort is spent in pulling up your body using the handles.
