Here Ye, Here Ye! Binary Compensation Plans Rule!

Binary Compensation

There are a variety of compensation plans in the network marketing world.Do a full investigation before signing on the dotted line.  I’ve had experience in a couple but my new favorite, by far, is the Binary Compensation Plan.  Here’s why:

Easy to Understand: I’m a pretty simple guy and I like a plan that is easily understood.  A binary compensation plan is easy to describe to prospect business partners.You can only put new downline on the left or right team.How could it be easier? Keep it super simple by telling new downline to place OUTSIDE left or OUTSIDE right only.It can depend on the prevailing strategy in your network marketing company.Again, I love the simplified structure of binary compensation.

Tandem Teams: You only have two teams in a binary compensation plan.  That means you can devote time as you see fit and drive growth in the shorter leg if needed (always consult your upline leadership regarding the property placement of new members).Shoot, you get a superstar on one side that grows a huge downline and then you only have to focus on the other side!

Help From Upline: You may be able to take advantage of your upline’s growth.Depending on timing and where you’re placed, you could ride along with your upline’s success. It all rides on where your upline is placing reps, but you could very well realize a large boon to your business because of their efforts.

Leg Bottoms: You can really focus on the very bottom of each leg to promote further growth.What does that cause?It can really pump up new team members and ignite a fire with those reps who’ve been around for a while.How are new downline motivated?As a team you should focus on getting new downline started right and started fast .Assist them in the growth of their business.

Synergy: Pretend you just sponsored Brian.  Brian may have a lot of talent but has, as of yet, not shown his potential.As your business gains steam, so does too.  Why?  Because depending on which leg he’s on, at some point you will have to put new members under him.How does that help?That begins the growth of his organization.  At some point he should take a look at his business and realize, “Holy crap! There are 390 people on my left leg! I really like binary compensation plans!” Show him how this will allow him to only have to work on one of his legs.  Try sending Brian a quick email saying, “Congratulations on the growth of your business.” See if he’ll take the wheel.

Synergy can be contagious.Binary compensation allows the entire organization to work as a team.  Awesome!

Do your due diligence and fully investigate your network marketing company’s compensation plan.  Dig into what it takes to grow your team.Look at it from all angles and make sure you know how you’re getting compensated.Binary compensation could be for you…and then again it may not.  Let me know what you think…and good luck!
