A New Option To Work From Home

I believe I don’t have to explain how the global economic downfall has affected our everyday life. I was about raising a mortgage and selling my car, but I was saved by a peculiar job on the internet.

Here is my story: I was working for a travel agency, experting nearly all fields of related positions and tasks, said to be talented and that I got ’it’. I daydreamed about hitting retirement from this company, as it was a promising and fairly contenting job, but almost half of the firm has got laid off, including me. The cut-back was announced on an afternoon with no preceding information, so me and my fellow colleagues were puzzled even a week after, having no further plans or back-up jobs. We were baffled and left in serious financial trouble, some of us have taken completely different jobs, but many of us remained unemployed and desperately sought for a contenting livelihood with no decent result. To make matters worse, I have 2 little kids, a wife, a mortgage and a car that’s half-paid.

One of my usual ’what am I gonna do?’ space-outs led to browsing through the big internets for a decent job, or at least something that can catch my focus, when I found RapidHi. To be honest, I have taken a glimpse at this site a few times before, but had no idea about the real purpose or how I could be a part of it. After checking in to every category from esotericism to fitness advisers, I found myself registering on the site. I am a travel advice expert, so why shouldn’t I? The registration was easier than I imagined, it was free, all I needed is a webcam, and now I am giving advices about the place where I live and about the places I’ve been to. I will not disclose the income I am getting by this convenient work-at-home job, but let it be enough that I am back on feet again.

It is just practically unbelievable the site is not flocking with millions of chat hosts yet; it is so easy to register and earn good bucks with something you already know. First I thought no one would be interested in hearing travel advices from a burned-out chap in his late 30’s but it turned out there are many people thirsty for knowledge and they can find honest live advices eye-to-eye, and I think that’s the recipe for success. I got a French businessman asking about my natural habitat for more than 1 hour, I even shown him what’s outside my house by putting the webcam out the window. A sassy 19yo Utah girl asked what she may see in Europe first as she is planning her summer vacation there. And I could go on; the people who visit the hosts are pretty diverse. But one thing is the same: they are all pretty curious and friendly when it comes to a small educational conversation. They pay for the 1-on-1 sessions, so they are also cautious with time, and since I – as a chat host – get paid, I also need to provide my best.

I have seen many people doing amazing things on ChatRoulette (I am not mentioning the lewd exhibitionists here at all), but there were musicians, graphic artists, miscellaneous people who were good in something that requires live interaction, and with time they might as well change to RapidHI, since they would do the same thing – but on top of that, they get paid. So all in all, if you feel like an expert in any field the site can offer, I can only suggest you signing up as a chat host, as a full-time home job, as much as a free-time hobby that pays off anyway. It worked for me, so why shouldn’t it work for anybody else, right?
